Lost and Damaged Luggage: 

Captains High Country Charter is not responsible for lost or damaged property. If you leave something in one of our vehicles we will try our best to return it but, please make sure to take all of your belongings with you. Contact your driver immediately if you leave something in one of our vehicles.


Passengers: 

Captains High Country Charter reserves the right for their drivers to refuse entry into any of our vehicles and unruly passengers maybe asked to get out of our vehicles. Please be nice to our drivers!!!


Gratuities:

None of rates include gratuities and our drivers greatly appreciate tips. 


Payments, Deposits, Cancellations & Refunds: 

Payment is taken in full at the time the reservation is made for all Airport and out of town charters. Cancellation policy: If you cancel  48 hours before scheduled pick up you will be refunded minus a $25 service charge.  Services are non-refundable if  you cancel less than 48 hours before scheduled pick up. 


We accept Visa, Master Card & American Express.

*** All credit card transactions are charged an additional 5% Service Fee


Limitations of Liability:

Captains High Country Charter is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, road closures, traffic delays of any kind or mechanical failures out of our control.  Any expenses incurred because of delays including missed flights are the sole responsibility of the passenger.
